Installation of collet type connection ball valve (aluminum-plastic pipe ball valve)
①Unscrew the side cap at one end of the valve and take out the snap ring;
②Put the removed edge cap and snap ring into one end of the pipe in turn;
③Please use a reaming and rounder to shape, and then forcibly insert the serrated sealing end of the valve into the pipe to fit into one end of the side cap and snap ring, and insert it all the way to the end. Pay attention to the sealing ring not to shift when inserting;
④Connect and tighten the unscrewed side cap and snap ring to the valve body again. When tightening, one wrench is stuck on the valve, and the other wrench screws the side cap until it is tightened.
