相对于前些年的行情，近几年来我国的阀门行业获得了飞速的发展，不仅产品的种类增加了很多，而且质量也也提高了不少。但是，相对于国际市场行情来看，我国阀门还是有很多方面需要改进。埃德信经过相关调查发现，国内阀门市场和国外阀门相比，其差距主要体现在以下几方面：
1、技术创新能力的比较；
在焊接工艺上，德国KSB公司为满足核级阀门的密封材料抗辐射的要求，已广泛采用特殊焊粉进行无钴焊接；法国威兰阀门公司将焊前预热、自动焊接、焊后处理在同一设备或同一条加工生产线上完成，无论焊前、焊中、焊后处理，温度都可以实现自动控制，保证焊接质量。而国内在阀门焊接上工艺落后，有的还采用陈旧的焊接方法，焊工技术水平低，所焊材料也是普通材料，达不到特殊阀门设计要求。好多企业整天忙于产销，很少在工艺上进行钻研改进。
2、加工工艺差距明显；

Many companies clearly have quality assurance systems, but they have no place to use them in actual work. Quality management is implemented on its own and at will; Secondly, the assembly process is also sloppy. No wonder some valves run, leak, drip and leak when installed.
3. Quality management and related equipment;
Insufficient technological innovation capabilities are a stumbling block to the development of our valve industry. At present, many domestic valve companies rarely innovate after introducing advanced technology. As a result, it is difficult for valve companies to export their products to Western markets.
当然，有差距不可怕，如果处理的好，差距就会成为企业进步的动力。因此，在未来很长一段时期内，阀门企业应该强化企业管理，推进技术进步，重视技术创新和核心技术的研发，提高企业的核心竞争力，正确早日在国际市场上立足。
