地暖是目前一种较为常见的取暖设备，而地暖分水器是地暖中连接采暖主干供水管和回水管的一个装置，在地暖中起着十分重要的作用。地暖分水器在地暖中占据着进出水的重任，做好地暖分水器安装十分重要。
地暖分水器由分水和集水两部分组成，统称地暖分水器。分水器是在水系统中，用于连接各路加热管供水管的配水装置;集水器是在水系统中，用于连接各路加热管回水管的汇水装置。地暖分水器的主要配件有分水器、集水器、内节头、锁闭阀、活节头、阀门、排气阀。安装地暖分集水器主要有以下几个步骤：
1.连接进出水口
每个环路加热管的进出水口应分别与分水器、集水器连接。分水器、集水器内径不应小于总供、回水管内径，且分水器、集水器最大断面流速不宜大于0.8m/s。每个分水器、集水器分支环路不宜多于8路。环路过多将导致分集水器处的管道过于密集，不利于安装。每个分支环路供回水管上均应设置铜制球阀等可关断阀门。
2.对应安装阀门
在分水器之前的供水连接管道上，顺水流方向应安装阀门、过滤器及泄水管。在分水器之前设置两个阀门，主要是供清洗过滤器和更换或维修热计量装置时关闭用;设过滤器是为了防止杂质堵塞流量计和加热管。热计量装置前的阀门和过滤器，也可采用过滤球阀替代。在集水器之后的回水连接管上，应安装泄水管，并加装平衡阀或其他可关断调解阀。系统配件应采用耐腐蚀材料。安装泄水装置，用于验收前及以后维修时冲刷管道和泄水用，最好泄水装置就近有地漏等排水装置。对有热计量要求的系统应设置热计量装置。
3. Set up bypass
A bypass pipe should be set between the main inlet pipe of the water separator and the main outlet pipe of the water collector, and a valve should be set on the bypass pipe. The connection position of the bypass pipe should be between the beginning of the main water inlet pipe (before the valve) and the end of the main water outlet pipe (after the valve) to ensure that water does not flow into the heating pipe when the heating pipeline system is flushed.
4. Set manual or automatic exhaust valves
Manual or automatic exhaust valves should be installed on the water separator and water collector. Try to install an automatic bleed valve to bring convenience to users in future use and avoid air collection caused by factors such as cold and hot pressure differences and water replenishment, which will hinder the operation of the system.
Although the installation of the water collection device is not complicated, it is an important part that affects whether your winter is warm and worry-free.
